The 284 Agreement: Agreement for the Expenditure of Highway Moneys, must be filled out, signed, and filed before moneys are spent on Town Highways. As a minimum, the agreement should be prepared at the first organizational meeting each year. The agreement can be modified as needed throughout the year.
